Kelly L. Schmitt

Ms. Schmitt is an associate attorney with Sylvester & Polednak and is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®.  Upon graduation, Ms. Schmitt served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John McGroarty (Ret.) and the Honorable Timothy C. Williams.  Her experience clerking provided intensive and valuable training in all facets of criminal and civil litigation.  She is an experienced civil litigator with an emphasis on commercial litigation.  She is also experienced in the area of construction defect and family law.  Ms. Schmitt volunteers as a Children’s Advocacy Program (CAP) attorney representing abused and neglected children.
