Allyson R. Johnson

Ms. Johnson is a partner with Sylvester & Polednak and has held the distinction of  AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® for the past 10 years.  Ms. Johnson joined S&P in 2007 as an associate and became a partner with the firm in 2013.  She is experienced in all facets of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation.  Ms. Johnson also practices in the area of family law and estate planning.  She has been designated as a Mentor for new attorneys by the Nevada Supreme Court.  Ms. Johnson was also sworn in as a Pro Tem Hearing Master for Discovery in the Eighth Judicial District Family Division in 2019.
